| Job Description |
Sales/Marketing Assistant. A self-starter with strong web, social media and communication skills needed. This position would be focusing on iScripts.com products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Create Marketing collateral, website content, blogs, newsletters, help videos etc..
-Respond to customer queries about products by phone, email, live chat
- Promote products on social media, and net through online marketing channels
- Communicate with software developers , customers and potential customers so that deliverable are provided at promised times.
-Contacting customers and potential customers to manage estimates, expectations and help them to figure out how our product can be utilized for their business requirement.
- Regularly follow-up on inactive leads, and provide regular reports on status and outcome of leads.
- Maintain website content, ensuring that all data on the website is current.
- Develop and maintain marketing brochures, sell sheets
- Maintain positive relationships with trade associations and trade publications. Communicate with trade publications/magazines on ongoing campaigns.
SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent in writing complex technical ideas to non technical customers
- Strong writing skills focusing on perfectly clear outgoing communications.
-Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non technical manner over telephone and in writing
- A “hands-on” self-starting individual
- Capability to “do-it”
-Very organized and detail oriented
- Computer and web savvy
- A results-oriented individual who drives him/herself and reports for fast response |
| This is a full time position in our Schaumburg office near Woodfield. Part time is okay for the right candidate |
| Educational Qualification |
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a focus in Marketing
- 1+ years marketing or sales experience
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel a must
- Internet marketing experience desired
-Exposure to online businesses, social media
-High level understanding of IT and internet business
-Associate degree with strong experience also will be considered |
