SitePlanner is an On-Demand website maintenance service for small to medium businesses. Site Planner offers everything from simple text and image edits to more advanced custom requirements for a website and server-side fixes. Maintenance support can be purchased in 2, 3, or 5-hour increments each month to suit users' budget and the site requirements.
After registering, the users will be forwarded to a secure client portal where they can submit their service requests and manage their accounts. A single service request can have an unlimited number of updates.
The turnaround for fulfilling service requests is between 3-7 business days, depending on the plan which the user has purchased. If a user needs the request to be fulfilled faster, a charge for one business day expedited service at $20 per request is available. Users will be alerted as soon as the work is completed so they can review the changes and ensure everything is completed.

How Site Planner Works

Step 1: Sign up

Review plans, select one that fits the users' needs and sign up. After registering, users will be forwarded to the secure client portal where they can submit service requests and manage their account.

Step 2: Request services

Log in and submit a detailed request for a website update using the secure client portal. A single service request can have an unlimited number of updates. Step 3: Review

We will let users know as soon as the work is completed so they can review the changes and ensure everything is completed to their satisfaction. That's all there is to it! Site Planner takes care of the heavy lifting so that users can focus on growing their business.
