SupportPRO is the remote infrastructure management division of Armia Systems Inc. SupportPRO works with leading hosting companies, data centers, and small businesses to manage their internet infrastructure like servers, routers, and cloud environments. SupportPRO provides clients with a sophisticated monitoring system that will monitor the servers from different locations continuously. The primary skill of the team is in Linux server management, public, and private cloud, and DevOps. SupportPRO has a wonderful team of around 70 cloud experts, server administrators, and systems engineers who work 24/7 for SupportPRO clients by providing outsourced tech support for end users.

Project Description

SupportPRO offers transparent, outsourced technical support for web hosting companies. Services offered include a dedicated and semi-dedicated staff, help desk support, server administration, programming services, server migration and server monitoring and restoration. SupportPRO's services are designed to meet the needs of small to large web hosting companies and data centers by offering full-time and part-time outsourced hosting support plans. This helps to retain clients while improving the bottom line by taking advantage of SupportPRO's competitive rates and technical expertise in web hosting industry.

The developers at Armia Systems created a distributed help desk, customer area, ticket and SLA reporting tools for SupportPRO for outsourced hosting support. This enables a large number of SupportPRO techs to work on a number of client servers and help desks while offering complete transparency, confidentiality, and accountability. In addition, we developed an online help desk software with a built-in knowledge base, remote desktop sharing, and live chat for our hosting support clients. Later, this was turned into iScripts SupportDesk, a hosting management and billing software called iScripts AutoHoster was also developed for the web hosting industry.
