Job Specification

 As a Jr. IT Recruiter Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for technical positions within our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire talented IT professionals.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements 
  
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment to provide insights and recommendations.
  
• Support other HR and recruitment initiatives as assigned.
  
• Complete hiring for open roles within stipulated deadlines. 

• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and job roles.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn and Naukri.

• Hands on experience in handling all cPanel services, scripts, files, log locations and debugging all issues in it.
