Ana Jakimovska is the founder of Wildkale, a NewYork based online marketplace, established in 2015. Wildkale is an online farmers marketplace where one can buy fresh food directly from the local farms and farmers can sell their food directly to local consumers. It is easy for farmers to connect with consumers through this on-demand service. There are no middle man and distribution networks and are scalable on code. Wildkale is like an open-air farmer’s market.
The consumers can order fresh foods online and get fresh food delivered directly from the farm to the doorstep overnight. Customers get better quality food with more character that is much fresher than supermarkets, and it's always 100% local through Wildkale.
The goal of the project was to connect with more consumers.
