The CAPA Management System includes a mobile application for Area Service Managers (ASMs) and a web-based admin console for Super Admins, Zonal Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations Managers. The system allows for efficient audit scheduling, on-site audit execution, CAPA creation, escalation tracking, and comprehensive performance analytics. The mobile app empowers ASMs to conduct audits seamlessly, while the web platform provides management with real-time visibility into audit activities and compliance trends.

Our team focused on building a role-based and scalable system tailored to Royal Enfield's organizational structure. The mobile application was designed for simplicity and speed, enabling ASMs to document audit findings and initiate CAPAs instantly. The web console equips higher-level managers with dashboards to track audit outcomes, monitor CAPA closures, and generate insightful reports. Automation and workflow logic were built to ensure timely escalations and resolution tracking across all levels.
